About

History

The San Diego Concierge Association is a not-for-profit association of professional hotel & resort Concierge. We were established in 1985, and since then, our SDCA has proudly included Concierge members of San Diego’s finest hotels & resorts. When planning your vacation or business trip, please reach out to your San Diego Concierge Association member to make your stay more enjoyable. We are the key to unlocking the best destinations and experiences in our beautiful city. We partner with the finest vendors and continuously network with these vendors and our members to keep up to date with our ever changing and developing city. We contribute to our local community by having our members and affiliates volunteer to various charities over the years.

Our Mission

To create a public awareness of the concierge concept and the outstanding services provided to the hospitality industry by people in this profession; to promote the interest and welfare of our hotels and provide quality service for our guests; to provide opportunities for professional growth, education and development as hotel concierge; and achieve membership in Les Clefs d’Or, USA Ltd.; to interact with San Diego business and cultural organizations and enhance the image of “America’s Finest City”.
